SAUNA NEXT THE SEA TERMS & CONDITIONS​​​

If you have any reservations regarding sauna use, such as medical conditions, underlying health problems, use of prescription drugs or pregnancy, it is essential that you consult your GP before making a booking.​​

Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times, this includes;

  • Sauna sessions of no longer than 20 minutes at a time (we recommend 5-15 min sessions).

  • Following operators instructions on how to pour water onto the hot rocks.

  • Only pouring the provided ‘sauna water’ on hot rocks and nothing else.

  • Entering and exiting the sauna in a safe manner.

  • Keeping access points clear to allow other users to exit safely and swiftly if needed.

  • Remove shoes prior to entering and wash feet with water provided. 

  • Do not touch any part of the stove.

  • Sitting on a towel within the sauna at all times.

  • All persons cold showering, swimming in the sea as a ‘cold plunge’ do so at their own risk. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are a capable swimmer and can handle being exposed to the cold temperatures and currents of the sea.

  • Anyone under the age of 17 is not permitted to use the sauna.

  • All persons using the sauna do so at their own risk.

  • If you are making this booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make all users aware of the terms and conditions and to practice safe sauna use.

  • Alcohol, nudity & smoking are not permitted in the sauna or on the site.

  • Jewellery  should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning. We recommend you leave it at home.

  • Sauna Next The Sea operators reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons or for other reasons that may be deemed a health and safety risk.

  • Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.

SAUNA NEXT THE SEA CANCELLATION POLICY​

Communal Sauna Session or Private Sauna Session

In the event of cancellation we will only refund or reschedule any sauna session up to 48 hours prior to your booking. Please email sauna.next.the.sea@outlook.com with the name of the person who made the booking and any booking reference.

Bookings canceled on the day will not be refunded.​

Please note: in the event a cancellation is requested by a customer and not the fault of the business, refunds will be minus any transaction fees incurred
