Cancellation Policy
7-Day Cancellation Policy To ensure the best experience for all guests, all sauna appointments are subject to a 7-day cancellation policy. Please review the terms below: Cancellations * Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled appointment time may be changed or canceled; however, a transaction fee of 7.5 % will apply to cover payment processing and administrative costs. * Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking cost, as the reserved time cannot easily be filled on short notice. Rescheduling * Appointments may be rescheduled 7 days or more prior to the appointment time with no cancellation fee; however, a transaction fee may apply if a refund is issued as part of the rescheduling process. * Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the full cancellation fee. No-Shows * Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show and charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals * If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of consideration for the next guest. * The full session fee will still apply. Transaction Fees * For any cancellation or change made 7 days or more before the appointment that results in a refund, a non-refundable transaction fee of 7.5% will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds * Eligible refunds (minus any applicable transaction fees) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Group Bookings & Special Events * Group sessions, private events, or multiple-session bookings may require a deposit. * Deposits will be non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled service.
